The following is a statement from one of our clients, Paul C. Tyers, which illustrates BCR’s expertise in commercial maintenance liquidation.
In July 2015 I (as the sole share holder and Director of Charles Ross Contractors Ltd) realised that financially it could not continue trading. This was a distressing decision to have to make as I had created the business some 34 years ago and had 2 employees who had been with me for many years and the business included my son.
Our accountant recommended BCR and I established contact with them and in particular Chris Knott who from the start took the stress from me at this most difficult time. The whole procedure was clearly explained and the liquidation was completed efficiently with very little further involvement from me. In addition, advice was given on how best to treat my loyal employees and how I could cope with the situation.
